Check every rate
Rates are verified on the provider's own website and stamped with the time we checked. Anything we can't re-check within seven days comes off the tables.
Explain it plainly
Guides, tools and a weekly email that turn AER, tax and protection limits into plain English and real pounds.

How a rate gets onto ClearRates
Every morning, the same four steps.
- CollectWe gather published rates and terms from providers across the UK market.
- VerifyEach rate is checked against the provider's own page before it's shown.
- PublishRates go live with the time they were checked, so you know how fresh they are.
- RetireAccounts that close or can't be re-checked within seven days are removed.
How we make money
ClearRates is free to use. To keep it that way, we may earn a fee when you open an account through some of our links. That never changes where an account appears.
